How Our Warranties Work

Landscaping projects combine many different products, materials and trades, and each carries its own terms. A porcelain patio, an aluminium pergola, an artificial lawn, a fence line and a planting scheme are not comparable, so we do not apply a single blanket warranty across everything we install. Depending on the specification, cover on eligible products, materials or work can extend up to 10 years. That does not automatically mean the whole project is covered for that length of time.

Two things are usually in play. Manufacturer warranties come from the supplier of the product and cover the product itself, on the terms that manufacturer sets. Workmanship warranties come from us and cover the way the work has been carried out: bases, falls, drainage, fixings and finish. Both are set out for your project in the proposal and project documentation, so you know exactly what is covered, by whom, and for how long, before work begins.

Warranties do not cover natural wear, weathering, storm damage, or the effects of a lack of maintenance, and are subject to the terms confirmed in your project documentation. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
