Our Warranty
Most landscape gardeners don’t offer warranties, but we’re so confident with the quality of our work and the materials we use, that we’re happy to provide one.
Our warranty is not designed to guard against natural wear and tear, unfortunately no landscape gardener can prevent natural degradation over time. However, our warranty is designed to protect you against substandard installations and materials. For example, if a patio is installed incorrectly it can start to sag within months, so our minimum one-year warranty means don’t have to worry about this happening. We’re confident you’ll never need to use our warranty, but it’s there for your peace of mind.
Minimum 1 Year Warranty on Groundwork
All our groundwork (landscaping, patios, driveways and fences) is under warranty for a minimum of one year, but this can be more depending on your materials and project*.
Up to 10 Year Warranty on Artificial Grass
All our artificial grass installations are under warranty for up to 10 years depending on the type of grass and compliance with proper maintenance*.
